1 –  Membership Services Educate Chamber members and Dodge City community members about the Chamber’s mission, vision, values and purpose.
2 –  Multicultural Business Engagement Increase multicultural engagement through membership and multicultural committee. Be a key to engagement from all cultures of business individuals to enhance community involvement.
3 –  Dodge City Days Continue festival evolution to increase community involvement and have a culture of transparency within the Chamber to maintain budget.
4 –  Business Advocacy Committee Publicize legislative agenda and continue advocating for businesses on the local, state, and federal levels.
5 –  Operational Priorities Create a structured organization flow within all Chamber operations and enhance current programs.
6 –  Workforce Development Continual work alongside DC3, USD443, and business/industry leaders to partner on projects that improve workforce development.
