Leadership Dodge is a program run through the Dodge City Area Chamber of Commerce. The mission of this program is to cultivate a culture of impactful leaders in our region's workforce and educate individuals to become more civically involved. The sessions will focus on introduction and development of leadership principles and bring awareness to issues that face our region. The Leadership Dodge program will provide participants the opportunity to gain valuable skills to address regional issues and be better leaders at work, home, and within the community.
