  • Educate Chamber members and Dodge City community members about the Chamber’s mission, vision, values and purpose.

  • Increase multicultural engagement through membership and multicultural committee. Be a key to engagement from all cultures of business individuals to enhance community involvement.

  • Continue festival evolution to increase community involvement and have a culture of transparency within the Chamber to maintain budget.

  • Publicize legislative agenda and continue advocating for businesses on the local, state, and federal levels.

  • Create a structured organization flow within all Chamber operations and enhance current programs.

  • Continual work alongside DC3, USD 443, and business/industry leaders to partner on projects that improve workforce development.
